How to Create An Account on Branded10?

On Branded10, you can register an account by entering your valid email address and mobile number. Fill out all the available account information and click 'Create an account.'

How do I check the status of my order?

Take the following steps: If you are a registered customer with us, you can always log in to your account to see the status of your order.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

The delivery period is defined by your pin code. Usually, delivery takes 4-7days.

Does Branded 10 deliver products outside India?

No, Branded10 currently only ships within India.

I have received a partial item/partial order or an Untenanted/Void packet, What should I do?

Please notify us of any pilferage within 48 hours after delivery, or your claim may be denied. While we investigate, please keep the following points in mind:

Please do not use the item that is the subject of the claim.

You may be needed to provide information such as a brief description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)

The photos of the packet and other boxes (if any) (Try to conceal the sides that appear tampered with/damaged according to the users)

After the investigation, prepaid/cash on delivery orders will be refunded.

You may not be entitled to a refund if he or she falls into any of the following scenarios:

  • Failure to offer adequate case information.
  • Failure to produce packet and box snapshots (if any)
  • If a pilferage delivery was made, pilferage claims must be filed on the same day.
  • You must keep the packing for 3 - 4 days after delivery. We may need to pick up your packing for further inspection.
  • You used the item for which the claim was made.
I got an error while placing the order. I’m not sure if the order is placed. What Should I do?

You will receive an email and SMS confirming each successful order, and you can also view that order in your order history. If the order was not successfully placed, we request that you place it again.

How can I pay for my order at Branded10?

We support the following payment options at Branded10:

  • Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes)
  • Credit Card
  • UPI(Google Pay, PhonePe, and more)
  • Debit Card
  • Net banking
  • Wallet
  • Payment to SIS Stores can be routed directly via the payment route option
How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?

Customers can pay cash on delivery or online, whichever is more convenient for them. Payments to Stores can be made using the payment route option.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses, and passwords. 

If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order.

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
